Diabetic-Friendly Halloween Treat: Graveyard Dirt Cups

Ingredients:

• 1 (1.4oz) box of instant sugar free chocolate pudding, prepared according to package instructions

• 1.5 cups of sugar-free thawed frozen whipped topping
• 12 reduced fat chocolate and vanilla crème sandwich cookies divided in half

Instructions:

1.    Divide evenly half of the pudding into 6 dessert glasses or plastic.

2.    Evenly spoon the whipped topping next on top of the pudding.

3.    Spoon the remaining pudding on top of the whipped topping.

4.    In a plastic resealable bag, crush 6sandwich cookies and then sprinkle the crushed cookies on top of the pudding.

5.    Remove the chocolate half of the remaining cookies and place a cookie on top of the dessert.

Want to make it spooky? Add sugar-free gummy worms on top and have the “crawling” out of the “dirt”!
